"Be Brave was made around the idea of showing the best of yourself in the worst moments. This song shows the fear and paranoia that accompanies mental illness in those moments. The song is meant to feel like closure from a traumatizing experience, but it also shows how trust becomes a terrifying process when dealing with post- traumatic stress. I live with schizophrenia and the disease of addiction, but I know if I am brave I can help someone else out there who needs it too."
